A quick response, well trained first aid team armed with a defib would be great for the resort, although as the resort covers quite a large area timing would be an issue. It is a shame that spanish law is different from what happens in the uk as far as use of a defib goes. They are so easy to use by any member of the public nowadays and save lives.Even without the training I have had I would not hesitate to use one or try to help in an emergency situation as I am sure most of us would.

I would be more than happy to contribute towards an onsite team and well done to all of those involved in the setting up of this.

Not sure about spanish rules but most defibs in public places in uk can be used by any members of the public which is vital in saving lives and a defib somewhere in the resort would be a great idea so I hope that eevryone helps in the fundraising as you never know when it might be one of yours that require it.

We visited both Isla Plana and La Azohia last week, lovely quiet sandy beaches with shallow calm water. There is a couple of beach bars at Isla Plana. La Azohia has soem bars and you can hire pedalos. Would definately recommend both.

If you look further back there is a great post with all the details on how to retune the channels. I think it is headed no tv. I think I read somewhere clover just asks for a 20 euro deposit for memory stick.
