How long after the initial completion date has gone on contract can you get your money back? Can you only get it back if they are 6 months past the date of completion on contract, and no building has been started?

Just wondered when Peinsa started selling this site as same problems on another one of their sites La Tercia Real.

This started in about Sep 05 or before and no building work except showhomes.  Just promises of Licences etc.

Has Phase 1 now started on Calas Del Pinar?

Can anyone tell me how much it is to apply for an NIE number yourself?

Also, has anyone got their solicitor to do this with power of attorney?  How much was this?
