Guys, I don't believe we should be either overly optimistic or pesimistic given this news (especially at an individual level). It is a huge step forward for us all, I know we were all concerned that the development was in danger of degrading to the point where we could potentially have lost our investment.
We must retain our focus collectively on pushing Corvera on providing the services originally offered. Lets be realistic here, we have all paid a premium for preium services, a couple of years of having a port-a-cabin for bar and restaurant facilities (no disrespect to Migel who is doing a fantastic job) is completely unacceptable. Given the financial climate there is not much we or Corvera (I am assuming!) could pragmaticaly have done about this however I don't believe we should shift our focus away from the initial offering and keep pushing until these facilities are provided with no degradation in quality. Both the course and facilities need to be continually improved in the short and medium terms. Lets please keep pushing for that we are still a long way from what we all spent our money on some years ago.
Fantastic news, lets hope the airport and other positive investments in the Murcia area are catalysts for further positive investment in the development. See you all in the 19th hole soon :)
