Hi,
Got one of these timers fitted, well worth the money. Could save the cost quite quickly. Nice to come home to a warm flat, had it on the timer so the heating was not on all the time that we were out.

Suggest you 'email' Jose Ramon @ GESFIN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (sorry I don't have there phone number) : management@gesfinsl.com and give them the flat number above you,hopefully they will have a keyholder contact for that flat, who will then go and see where the water is comming from.
