That has been tried several times. But if my topic is so irritating or irrelevant then I apologise for posting it here. So far finding the right channel has not worked so as I mentioned another place will be getting the money. This one is not worth it.

I think that you are the one from the administration yourself :)

we are leaving this place since we do not agree with supporting theft and will take our money somewhere else.

and I forgot to mention the gardening - this is a never ending story of re-designing, planting new flowers, then cutting them down, then getting them out, planting new, putting new grass, cutting trees down to the condition where you see a dead stick without any branches or leaves, grass blowing after lawn mowing for just as long (hours) and so on.

I also notice that some apartments are opened by the admins, I cannot tell if they belong to the administration or private owners but I saw them breaking into two apartments without a key.

 Hi guys,

we are just renting a place in this complex but I cannot stop being amazed at how much money is wasted by the owners, clearly without them realising since most of them are not present.

The administration of AD finds all sorts of coverups to steal thousands of Euros. Some examples from our own experience :

1. Lawn mowing - it is usually done for more then three hours and several times a week for areas that need none of that at all. The grass does not grow here a meter a month and needs to be cut once every couple of months at the most. Instead it is done at least 2 times a week (sometimes up to 5 times a week) and it is never less then three hours for a small area at a time. Often I see a man with a lawn mower switched ON - he walks around the building on the alphalt and pushes the mower in front of him. Rarely I see him inside the complex doing the same but not on the grass, mostly the pathes.

Today lawn mowing has been going on for 4 hours on an area of approx. 50 sq.m.

2. The outside, entrances  and parking lights - they stay up during daylight, mostly, sometimes up to midday. A HUGE waste of electricity.

3. Grass irrigation. It is done sometime during RAINING or a day before and a day after a rain.

4. Tiles repairs - I saw a Spanish man removing broken tiles near a pool. There were five broken  tiles to replace and it took him around 5 days.

5. Pool maintanence. Changing water in it during winter when no one is allowed to swim is regular. Cleaning the bottom of the pool is a daily thing in winter (not in summer!). Engine repairs occur at least once a week. All in winter.

6. Security which is hardly ever present and in 99% of the time is completely useless. There are still thefts here and when you ask them for help they go as far as telling that they are not related to this complex and look after another. Good security guards were replaced with old and very lazy men who spend most of the time sleeping in their cars or trying to chat up residents in exchange of cigarettes, food or other freebies.

7. Leaves blowing - one of the favorite things to do by one of the admins. He wals around with a blower switched on for a couple of hours but does not actually do anything apart from carrying it.

8. Painting. Happens on the areas of the building that needs it the least.

9. Cleaning of the stairs. Sometimes it does not happen for months, sometimes the cleaners come, spill water on the floor, wipe it and leave. We clean our stairs ourselves but after the cleaners come it becomes dirty and has to be re-done.

All sorts of repairs happen EVERY single day and I am not able to explain what exactly is being repaired. I have seen them cleaning the sewage around 20 times in the last year and this is given two families living in the whole block.

The reason why I am posting this information is because we aslo have to cover some of those fraudulent charges via the rental money and we do not agree to do so because it is not right to allow such a criminal approach.

Isn't it possible to hire other people who will really look after the complex instead of doing everything to let it run down? I doubt that lawn mowing will make a much difference when the whole place starts rotting and falling apart from the neglegent treatment.
