Hi Emmet...you must be joking...anything purchased through Royal Marbella,now royal Duja will never be completed.Michael Hone is a massive fraudster and you will need a good lawyer to retrieve your money...Unfortunately I did not know about his dealings before I put down £80000 on a development which should have been completed December 2006....I was fed stories by the UK rep as to why their was a delay and have now just been told the development cannoti be completed due to the council revoking the building license......I have since found our this is poppycock and that there was never a licence....just another massive scam run by Michael Hone....I am in the process of sueing the butt of this man together with other people who were taken in by his dirty scams...one thing I can assure everybody is that if this man does get away with it,he will not live long enough to enjoy the millions he has scammed from us and this is not a threat but a promise!!!o

having bought off plan through royal marbella in december 2004,I have just been told this development will never  get built.The builder is refusing to 

return the money,so I am told,but I believe Michael Hone has run another of his scams.I am using a solicitor to sue him and everyone concerned,but

will I get my money back.I have a legal contract with royal marbella but is this a guarantee that your money will be returned.I would like to hear from

anybody else who invested in this development and what actions they have taken.
