hi all

is their any body else thinking of not completeing on their apartment or is it just me missing a trick here

why would any body want to pay after costs etc in excess of 250 k sterling for an apartment worth at best 60 % of that

even hoping that the euro weakens and the market picks up why would anybody gamble like this .

i would like to see proof that a investor has brought the last 18 apartment and if he did at what price i cant imagine how low that price would need to be .

if hes out their come and buy mine no 501 corner plot ill cut you a great deal .i personally dont belive half of what im told on this site anymore . smd and bank have made me such a good deal according to els my solititors by cutting me a mortage at 1.25 above euro interbanking rate if i want it and deferring the payments for 18 months big deal i dont think

knock off 100 k euros and i just might complete .if you are at all thinging of not completeing e mail me or call me i dont care 07973 552564

having visted our soilittors (els) last week  in spain and been told their is no chance of our money back or re negoiting a better price or deal with smd i think we are going to have to walk away from this devolpment as i m not going to find approx 170 k sterling more 250 k in total for a property worth problay right now half of that.  some people are persuing their deposits back threw the courts but ive been told this is costly and time comsuming
i spoke to one guy who is doing this.because it puts the property in a state of probate so to speak and whilst this is going to court the devolper can not sell that property from under him and it gives the client more time  to re access or complete when the euro weakens or the market picks up both of which i dont think are going to happen any time soon also he could not tell me with any certainty how much this was going to cost 
what a complete mess
if any body wants to take over my contract for a reduced figure please contact me

i put a deposit down 3 yrs ago on apartment 501 i think and never intended to complete myself looks like i either walk away and lose my deposit or take on more debt ( mortage from somewhere who nos ) any body got any ideas where to go from here .

i presume im not the only person in this position.

has any body sorted out the extra finance yet and if so  can you recommend any body
