Hi Lynn & John,

One thing I would be interested in finding about about is the developers mortgage.  My understanding is that we should all have received some detail on this by now from United but we've had nothing so far.

I e-mailed Michel at United today so hopefully will get a reply, but maybe you could mention this when you are there - sure there will be others who have heard nothing yet.

Have any of the Phase 1 owners been contacted by Roda yet on what the monthly Service Fees will be and exactly what services they cover  ??

We also purchsed through MRI in phase 2 but my recollection is that was made clear that aircon was not included and only pre-installed - maybe was dependent upon the particular salesman and how they put it across, but I have checked my notes from the time and can see it written down that not included  !!

Has anyone got any info on rentals through Roda Golf ?  My initial thoughts were that would probably be best to go with their management service (assuming they provide one ??) , at least for the first year as they would be most likely to have the best contacts and chances of loger rental periods.
