Hi

 

If I was over 65 yrs of age,and a fiscal resident of over three years in Spain.

I want to sell my property which is my main home and move back to the UK (for example) will I be liable for capital gains tax,as I will need all the sale procedes money to purchase a property to live in.

Hi

 

I had a grill  and balcony window fitted just before Xmas by Steve Claydon, he has a workplace in Catral but he works all round this area  ( I live in San Miguel de Salinas)

I think Steve charged me 295€ for the grill . He comes to measure it ,he makes it and he fits it,

His number is 663708431.

No hesitation recommending Steve

I have a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment in San Miguel de Salinas,which for a long term ,up to 4 month you can have for 400€ per month including internet connection.

The apartment has SAT TV,Air con and is fully furnished.The apartment is in the Pueblo of San Miguel and is not far

(5 mins) from all facilities,there is also a frequent bus service to Torrevieja,Orihuela,Murcia.
