hi brett
the smell has been there since we took possesion in early sept. last year we feel it  is connected to the sprinkler system
as it occours when they are in use . perhaps it is stagnant water being used there is no chance we could sit out when it occurs

hi

no lifts in any block when iarrived on 9th had a little strop with

jose maria in 101 workman arrived to discover basement lift shaft

flooded. they pumped it out and all the mechanism was rusted

up i assume all blocks will be the same  they were still working

toderust when we left on19th any one going over could ihave

a progress report
