Why do you need to go to court? The bank gaurantee expires Dec 2006 so won't the Bank be returning any deposits?

I'm a new member to this website.

I'm also buying in Las Vistas. Has anyone received any money back yet? if so how long did it take?

I'm still undecided on wheather to keep the apartment for investment, any comments?

I visited the site three weeks ago and it's a long way of completion.
