Hi Dave

I think im in the same situation as yourself. When you say you didnt instigate action early enough, do you mean you didnt try to cancel your purchase contract before the FOL was issued or you didnt try to claim on your bank guarantee before the  FOL was issued?

Does anyone out there know if a bank guarantee is definately cancelled if the FOL is granted before claiming on it, even if we attempted to cancel purchase contract well before FOL was granted?
