Hi we have been using this company for almost 12 months now and  have had excellent service at all times. The full/full policy is a definite winner. The service they provide is always very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Hi we recently bought a similar grill from an electric shop on the way into Mojacar. It is on the right hand side as you drive into Mojacar and the shop is called Activa, it has a yellow sign on the front. Hope this helps.

Hi,

 

We are due to complete in about 4 weeks time on phase 2 and would appreciate any advice at all. We have waited a long time and cant believe it is happening at last. Cant wait to get out there and meet other owners, we have stayed on phase one in the past and everyone we met was very helpful. We vaguely remember somebody once posting a list of things needed for the apartment other than the furniture pack provided, we have searched the threads but cannot find it now! Any advice would be gratefully received, thanks in advance

Have just uploaded some photos of phase2. We have just spent a great week on phase one (we have purchased on phase 2). Was great to see how our apartment was coming along although we have also been told there is a delay till June 09. Everyone we met was really friendly and helpful especially Dave Baxter and his family who live on one of the neighbouring urbanisations, we will definitely be using him for our snagging and light fitting etc when we complete. We also met our spanish lawyer who although recommended by the estate agent has been extremely helpful and proved he is working on our behalf. We had great weather while we were there and it looks like we've brought it back to the UK with us
