Hi

Has anyone used the new Ryanair service to Cuidad Real.  

I am travelling on October 5th with my husband - got a cheap flight - but need to get to Malaga.  It seems impossible to hire a 

car from the airport-we arrive at 7.40pm. 

Is anyone else on this flight and are going on to Malaga area?

Hi, to get the full story - like we have - you should talk to Miguel at Leisure Imo.  He is very involved in all the Court cases which have all gone against the developer.   Now the developer has liquidated the Company they are planning on sueing the individual directors.  Its a long story but if you do get out to Spain he can explain it to you.  By the way, do you have a Bank guarantee (for what its worth!) or are you involved in the group action against the Developer?

Has anyone succeeded in getting their money back from the Bank/Developer in respect of Calanova Palm Golf ? We put a deposit down in 2005 and apparently have a cast iron bank guarantee.  However the bank wont pay and keeps asking for extra papers which our lawyer keeps providing.  We went to a Notary with our lawyer and even the Notary was amazed that we are having to take this action.  

The Agent (Miguel from Imo Leisure) seemed to think that a demonstration outside the Caja Sol Banks branch in Marbella would be a great idea!!

hi, just wondered if anyone is going to la cala area in the next few days.  We have family going out there soon(from Belgium) and have mistakenly brought the garage remote control home with us to UK.  Could anyone take it over for us?
