Hi all,

For better or for worse, I am now the owner of a flat at Vista Hermosa. I am just starting to think about starting up the flat and was wondering if anyone had any comments or advise.

I want to start by installing the water (so that Promaga can "clean" the house as they said on the day of signing).

Then I want to start with the electricity, is there anything I need to be aware of as I hear some of you may have had problems with the electricity tripping? Does anyone have recommendations of who to go to for checking of the electrical wiring before I switch on?

Then I will get the gas for the cooker... any hints on how best to get this started? They told me Repsol or Cepsa would do it all for me.

Then I want to start furnishing the bathroom, kitchen, living and bedrooms.

Also, on signing all I got were the flat keys, no letterbox key nor any manual garage key. How long does/did it take you guys to receive these keys?

I appreciate any comments and help.

Guys, any news at all on Vista Hermosa and phase 4 in particular?

I have heard from Promaga that they have got the LoFO and the 10 year guarantee is in place - so I think they would be asking people to complete soon - they have asked me to finalise my mortgage plans and to complete as soon as possible.

Has anyone got anything to add to this?

There are already numerous people living in the southern parts of the development.
