Hi

We took our dog out to live in Spain in June 2006.  At that time we had him chipped and rabies injection and we had a passport for him.

When we returnded back to the UK in December 2007 all we had to do was take him to the Vet and make sure he was still immune to Rabies, make sure he was chipped and had tics injection.

We then were able to get him on a flight with us.  We flew Monarch to Manchester.  My husband and I paid £37.00 each and for my lovely dog it was £1100.00........Quite costly but we would not have gone home without him.  British people are OUT of ORDER for dumping their dogs.  We seen it done infront of our eyes, shameful !!!!

Can I say, and it's not through lack of  trying, I have been trying to sell this house for 18 months and at a great loss too.  The reason that this house has not sold is because of the legallity (or none as the case may be) and the no escatura business and of course the builders themselves

It's been over a year now since I stepped foot in the house so if you are expecting a payment, I think not.

Now being back in the UK I have great expense here.  I have to pay water, poll tax, gas and electricity, which is fine because I use it.  If my neighbour does not pay their bill I would not be expected to pay it for them.  The chances of me paying anything for the house in Spain is nil I am afraid, all resources used up here.

Also, since May 2006  El Trampolin have been sitting on a lot of my money too, interest accruing,

Lets hope I can get rid as soon as possible.

All is very quiet in the forum at the moment.  Come on we need feedback.  Is the supermarket open yet?  If so what's it like.  Is Happy Days still going strong (ish).  Whats the situation on the Electric now has anything improved at all?

Can we finally getoutofbedandsmellthecoffee.  Is all electricity and water re-connected now.  Does this also mean that all the utility bills are now to be paid to suppliers and we can now live the dream!  Happy Days!

HAPPY DAYS!!

Having read recent messages on this site, I can honestly say I saw this coming.  I would strongly suggest that all you brits on El Trampolin should stick together on this one and put your talking into action and stand firm against this MELON FARMER.  Is there anyone outhere who knows of any compensation clause in the original contract if these so called builders fail to complete!!  After all we are all brits and should be united against this matter......Is Marta's Electric and water still on???? or did she pay more money????
