we need to get housing involved in this ASAP, it is only a matter of time before property is damaged or dread to think one of us or the gardeners have to deal with flying debris, my wife has just arrived on site and says it is very winday at present, hope the fence can stand up to this, will get onto housing in the morning,we need more people to lobby for this eye sore to be removed permenantly

simon,

i was one of the debtor on the minuites list for not paying my charges,this was a shock to me as you can imagine,but after numerous phone calls and e-mails to housing, i was told that they had not picked me up on the completion list given to them from Corvera and it was only when they sent out notices for the next years charges that i appeared on the list.

i am sure this has happened to other people and thus showing outstanding balances to account,this is typical of the  complete lack of comunication and organisation of housing and Corverra, we have arranged to pay our outstanding debt when we go over in a couple of weeks as i want to pay face to face and get an explanation and not just pay via bank transfer.

you are right about the sun about to shine but hey, we are optimists and continue to be so.

the best way to have your snagging done on time is to have Roy & Lorraine on board they are on site most days,we would never have been able to move in on time without their help and persistance,best money we have spent to date.
