Hi,
The Agenda was included with the last Home Owner's Association letter dated 21/12/09. It is listed as:
1. Management report.
2. Current situation with the builder. Decisions to be made.
3. Approval, if granted, of the accounts for the financial year 2009. Listing of debtors and sums owed and decision to be taken regarding legal action.
4. Budget for the Financial Year 2010. Fees and payment periods for these.
5. Any other business to be raised.
A statement of income & expenses for 2009 was included together with a debtors list for 2009. (Note: If you're not on this list and if you haven't paid your fees for 2010 (or part thereof) you are not entitled to vote at this AGM - even though you haven't received a bill for 2010 (or part thereof).
Although points were raised at the EGM called in Mano's, there has been no official notification of issues raised or extra inclusions in the agenda. But one would assume these will be raised today and that we'll all be notified accordingly.
