The Pools are not available to just anyone, they are available to apartments AND FINCA VILLA's surrounding the relevant pool.  In this case phase 3. I am 100% certain on this matter as I pay communal fees for  the gardens and relevant pool.

yes we all will pay different communal fees as some properties have bigger communal gardens i.e. the finca's.

Our pool is private for the surrounding properties which pay the appropriate communal fees. This is probably the case for all pools.

Sorry about the last couple of posts, my Blackberry was playing up.

The finca villas have full access to all pools on the resort,it is only the birdie and eagle villas on the front line which have to fit and maintain their OWN pools. As i say our finca sits between front line and apartment blocks in the low density phase 3 and is less that 10 steps from a large communal pool.

 

Hope this clears up the confusion.

Hi

We have a 3 bed finca villa on phase 3 which sleeps 6 easy. it sits 2 line to the golf course (15th  and is 10 steps away from the pool at the rear. If you are interested please email me on markjones14@hotmail.com
