We had intrested and costs paid to us, but the amount we received was far less than the figures stated on  our contracts, and there was only a vague explanation. Hence we are still looking into getting another legal opinion on our payment. The only reason for the delay is that I am abroad right now. As soon as I get back I will enagge with a spanish lawyer.

I have received only  part of what i expected. I was told that the other party contested the other part, and won. This is despite the fact I was intiialy awared both parts by the judge.

 

For 4months I have been trying to get an explanation as to what happened to this other part of the payment (legal interest and costs).

My requests have simply being ignored and I am now prepared to take the legal steps and complaint procedure steps against lexland .

 

has anyone else had the same experience?

I would like to speak with you about your vist...

I agree totally. The system is so slow it start to raise suspicion as to what is going on!  I have other Spanish solicitors telling me we should have been paid right now.

Is anyone else waiting. It woudl be interesting to know how many of use are having to wait all this time and are being told the same things..

Hi there

 

I had the same email from Laxland saying tha things needed rubber stamping. I followed this up a few days ago and was told that there is still some processes to take place before it is all settled.

 

This is a bit of amarthon exercise, but at least it seems to be progressing. I'll be interested to see what the fees are.

 

God to hear that people are still connecting on this.

i'm yet another person waiting for my legal fees and interest. I have gone hrough Lexland and receive the reglar updates (which I appreciate).

I'm encouraged by the updates that Lexland provide  and by their professionalism.

However  at the same time I am perplexed as to why it's taking so long for the courts...and now I am actually getting concerned.

I am also in need of the monies.

 

Hopefully Lexland will provide another update on this site as the negativity could affect them.
