We hope to complete our purchase on Veranda in the next couple of weeks.  Does anyone have the e-mail address/telephone number of a good electrician (english speaking essential!) for the usual apartment jobs that need doing?  Many thanks in advance.

Hi All

not yet a resident but will be in the next few weeks.  Were over last week to view our apartment, first viewing since Oct 09 & damp patches x 2 by front door & progressed down to kitchen door frame too.  The front door, like many on the development is partially exposed & not built to repel rain/damp.  Have asked KM to rectify this & other issues before we complete.  No reply yet but will keep you informed.
