A message of thanks from Gary Edwards
 
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those from La Cañada who have showed  so much care, concern and compassion to me since my return from hospital after having gone through spinal surgery due to the misfortune of being attacked last year.
 
I was so pleasantly surprised to have received so many get well messages and cards!
 
To all those concerned I will be forever thankful.

There are now pictures to view of the street party on the la canada web site. www.lacanada.eu

As and when I receive more I will have them added.

To all those who attended a big thank you. There was well over a 100 people.

What a great way to bring in the New year with friends. family and a fantastic community.

A special thanks for al the flowers I received. I had so many my home looked like a florist's shop.

A happy new year to all who could not make it.
