My Brother and I have bought two apartments on the Complex, I dont come out until the 16th July on a late flight.

We have been told by the Sales Office at the Hipodromo that due to a recent change in law - Aifos cannot handover any of the Blocks until the Develpoment is complete, pool, roads - finished.

it is only at that time that they can approach Mijas for the licences and the Junta for the pool licence.

Cannot see this done until late 2008!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

This may be true as we have had the same dealings on a house we moved into in La Cala last year.
