i am over the moon at recieving news of my deposit in the hands of my solicitor, however i am looking at the best way of getting my money back without paying bank charges or poor exchange rates. I am considering using a currency exchange company.

Can anyone help??

Could anyone out there help me?

Recently i have won my case & my solicitor has the money at her disposal, whilst i am over the moon and chuffed that i have finally got the chance of my money back i feel i want the best possible deal when converting my money, i was part of a class act and some have already cashed in only to be charged over a thousand pounds for doing so.

Hi everyone

has anyone any idea of timescales for the return of initial deposit.

finally the Supreme Court have ruled in our favour. The money has been now handed over to the courts for payment to our solicitor, how long does this process take?

also we have been told that the interest will probably take several more months.Anyone else had the same experience?

Has anyone had there interest paid back to them and if so what percentage does it work out too?

Any help would be most appreciated,  Either on here or by direct message.

Many thanks in advance

Mark

Joyjo & Everyone else in similar circumstances

I may sound a bit niave here, but when the bank appeals(lets just say they do) what happens then, and what grounds are they appealing as one judge as already decided that you/we should have our money back. The timescales of the appeal, any idea how long they will be? and do you get only your deposit back initially or all the lot, little bit confused with it all if im being honest (probably because im a man) any help would be most grateful.
