I got an extra set from the builders. Only took 4 or 5 days to sort out. Ask Baika or Roccio to sort them out.

I've just read one of your post earlier this year, You mention that some banks will allow you to borrow 80%. Can you send me details of these banks and which brookers to go through.

Hi,
We completed in june after being assured by our solicitor that the license was in order, All the utilities etc were documented when we complted. We visited in September for the first time and was impressed with the site. A number of apartments were occupied and a number of rentals looked to be in. Anybody got news of any banks that will lend above the amount that is outstanding to the developer. I'm hoping to be able to lend enough to cover the solicitor fees, furniture and additional extras. Any information appreciated.
