Thats interesting-who did you buy from? I dont know anything about phase 4 and the subsequent phase is supposed to be 6 (ours) and then 5 for some reason.  When did you put your deposit down and were you expecting next summer? Have you been there recently?

Thanks Olly. The estate agents tried to get us to take something earlier in the year on phase 1 but phase 6 was supposed to be horse shoe shaped over looking the golf course and thats what appealed to us.  Do you know much about buying abroad-if the phase has been cancelled I would assume our initial deposit would be refunded

I've only just registered on here and have sent messages to Olly and Jayden and didnt realise I could do it this way.

We put a deposit down for phase 6 a year ago and have had no news at all-I went out in March of this year and nothing seems to have happened. I was told that there were problems with the licnese and it plans had to be changed but then it was changed back to the plans we'd seen in Oct last year and completion was stil Dec 2007-we've  heard nothing since and not paid our 30%.  Does anyone know anything about this phase and in general are you satisfied with whats happening?
