It will be your local property taxes IBI which come out every year first week of June. I guess at some stage you must have set up a direct debit with them which I did a couple of years ago. Their offices are next door to Mileniun in Al Kasar where a nice helpful guy called Juan Jose can explain it all for you. Mine was €164.55 for a 3 bed in Jardins but yes changes each year.

The yearly Property Tax: "The Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles" (known as IBI) is fixed by the local authorities and Catastro, depending on both the value of the land and of the property itself.

Forgive if I'm wrong but jeez guys isn't that why we have The Clover - if I had Sky Sports in my apartment on top of everything else I'd be well out of excuses to keep nipping out for a few beers and a bit of sanity away from my wife and kids and that's only when they're there,  never mind when I'm on my regular lads weekends............

the address is actually on most recent models of satnav or look for street name Vereda De Lorca A Cartagena which is the name of the road just outside the gates and in the district of Murcia postcode 30840.

For the record the actual coordinates are N 37.72428 and W 1.34726 which will take you inside the gates to Al Kasar.
