Hi, we could potentially be interested in letting to you.
We have a nicely furnished 2 bed penthouse style in Phase 2 on the resort. 1st floor so it benefits from front and back balcony, the front gets fab sunsets. The apartment is furnished in contemporary style, with new furniture and includes fold up bikes, wooden sun loungers, hd tv system as well as pool loungers and even a dinghy!
We have been considering selling as we are just not using the place enough due to work commitments, but absolutely love it, this could work for us. The others in the block are really nice too and we have made some wonderful friends.

this resort probably is a sound bet for the next 5yrs...More and more properties are selling and if it really fills up the services will improve further and rentals during the season will increase. It's a great location, close to Cartegena and Murcia. Trouble with the beachside apaprtments is that out of season most places are deserted...Terrazas has the benefit of a good golf club and clubhouse, so maintains winter visitors...prices are very good right now...just my thoughts. They do charge, (Sabadell) but in our experience we have had a fantastic personal service when moving money for properties and investments. For not much in fees it is superior to the premier services in the UK...
I was queuing for a transfer in Torrevieja and our personal banker spotted me in the queue ... dragged me over to her desk and completed all immediately.. got some free pens and notepads too! Great stuff!

Similar thoughts to Trina and Gary...we were looking for coastal properties, saw a lot around Torrevieja, then simply fell for the feel of the resort - the area too...Murcia is amazing! It's a central location... Compared to what we could have bought elsewhere for the budget it is excellent.
