My understanding is a grey area but I think if you pullout, resell of default payment the deposit is gone.

I believe if you resell and sufficient price is paid deposit is covered but there is no sure bet

We have suspended our inital leagl rep. prior to are iminent 15% payment on a 1 bed in PortoFino through MRI. Any advice on how we continue and any recommendations on straight up lawyers in the general Almerimer area.

We have paid inital deposit for an apartment, Off plan Porto Fino, Almerimar, A Securing deposit. Next week we transfer approx e27k to rise our payments to 15%.

The law firm representing us were nominated by the estate agents who are irish owned and based in Marbella. We are due to transfer next week so time is of the essence. Law firm seems not too interested in questions regarding our request of an english transalated purchase contract which was finally sent last week with no inclusion of our names, property identification etc.

Can anyone advise me on where we stand regrading our possible attempt to move law firm as quick as is possible
