No we would be flexible on the style of freehold coastal business. We and the agents found a quite a few businesses.

The problem we found either the businesses struggling to various reasons.

The vendors purchased at the peak and not in the position to sell at our much lower valuation.

We are fussy on the location and want front-line.

Hi we spent last winter out in Spain from La Zenia down to fuengirola after selling our freehold chip shop in the UK.

Really liked the fuengirola coastal area more than La Zenia, but could never settle on the right freehold business out in Spain.

Since we have been back in the UK we have worked for agencies and tried to find a suitable UK business however we can-not get the coastal Spain out of blood.

So apologies if we have posted this search in in the wrong section and your mission to find us a ideal business where the business agents have failed to meet our fuzzy standards.

 

• Freehold catering business would considered other options.
• Coastal
• We are seeking a real bargain (sorry buyers market|)

Agree Goodstich44.  A Prime Minster role is not unlike a CEO or a project manager. You should surround yourself with the best people for the job rather pick someone for a political belief.

Thats the problem we have. Same routine vote one party out, vote in the next biggest party.

If we had a election, and I do want one today. Maybe its time for the good of this country, for the parties to come together and build a team of the best brains we have to get this country back on its feet.
