I also signed a contract in 2004 for Las Cab 2. I had a spanish solicitor and after about 1 1/2 years had very little contact with the estate agent. I ended up talking to Aifos direct changing solicitors to one at home and have now changed contracts to Aifos Hipodromo which is due for completion in Dec 2008 - but I'll not hold my breath!
