I don't know a plasterer but if you only need a small amount of paint  I have some spare. If you need more and can't find any I can find where we got ours from ( we contacted the builders to find who the painters were). I'm back over in 3 weeks

The red button does have to be pressed quite hard as it is a physical switch that has to be put back in place

The other button is the mains, it will reset the boiler, but if the boilers fault is an overheat fault it will only reset by pressing the red button, the faults on the heaters seem to be caused by  too much gas been burnt for the amount of water going through, the gas should modulate down to compensate but seems not to, as the shower uses the least water this seems to cause the most problem

The red light is also a reset switch, we have the same problem. If you push the red light it will reset and start to work
