The probable reason for more houses been sold to the spanish is that they are getting a better deal that us.Your aware we have been waiting five years for our property,but the last time we were over there we were told from a good source that the spanish that had purchased were not happy with the waiting time and they got all white goods for free and god knows what else.So dissapointed with this company I could cry.

Good luck to you all attending court for your monies back.We have been waiting for five years now for our property and had the money in the bank for all this time.We bought a property on phase seven five years ago and after a £50.0000 deposit speaking to solitors etc  they say it would probably cost as much again in fees and probably two to three years to persue it through the spanish courts.We are not giving another penny to the spanish (Or Euro) Piensa have said that if we do not pay the remainding balance by the end of January 2011 they will sell the property on.We are shocked at the system over there.They are discusting.

We can just say goodbye to hard earned cash for a dream that will never happen.Regards and again good luck with your court cases.

Hi coming up to five years now waiting for our property and unfortunaly got no BG spoke to solicitors about the situ (spanish) and they have said that unless piensa have declared themselves bankrupt the mayor or govenors that deal with the building company that runs into these problems will always side with them and that it is the sub contractors that they employed to do the build that are at fault. How can you win?

Basically you havn't go a chance of getting any monies back.

Not heard a thing from the office or the company now for 18months.

Last time we were out there the house was 90% finished and just roads and amenities to be done.

Can't believe this has all gone so wrong we loved the place. Now  i feel sad we ever chose it. Regards

DO YOU NOT THINK THE INCREASE IS DUE TO THE REPOSSESSIONS OF PROPERTIES AND THE FAILURE OF PEOPLE NOT BEING ABLE TO PROCEED WITH THEIR PURCHASES HAS LED TO HOMES GOING FOR A SONG  AT OTHER PEOPLES EXPENCE.
