Could not complete on El Olivios last December, tried to contact people, since then nothing??? Was there a total collapse that I am unaware of? and the deposit is lost forever,? would love to find out what on earth is going on

I have been tryong to conyact HDA wrt deposit return with no luck, how would a pressure group start/evolve?

Thanks for  the reply, I have checked the contract although the wording is somewhat confusing.

As I have tried the lawyer route I have beem trying to contact Hacienda direct, although I appear to be ignored at every attempt
