I am sure you have made the right decison re OTCC, it will never be finished just like MCC who still do not have a mains electricity supply or completed water supply system.

Re the mortgage and deed situation I think your son would have to be included in the escitura that is put before the Notary as the mortgage forms part of the detail contained within it.

I hope others take heed  and refuse to part with any more money to Huma, if and when he completes MCC I will tell you.

Amazingly Rowlandsbb is still trying to sell property for Oasis... unbelievable but its true just look on his site at all the options.

Please don't be tempted to pay Huma or one of his agents a single cent until your property is complete,  you have all the docs and everything looks like the brochure, you have mains electricity and a contract with the area supplier, the same for the water supply... even then scrape the surface take absolutely nothing on trust.

Your dream will never be delivered and I make no apolgies for confronting you with the truth, if you accept this advice you will one day thank me.

There are too many properties available at knock down prices from any of the Spanish banks that you do not have to overpay or take any risk whatsoever and the house you buy from the bank will be complete, fully documented and you will see what you are buying just like in the UK.

The figures I quoted come from the company Einforma a Spanish  company research group sorry not allowed to post as a link yet but you will find them on Google

The full report that I obtained make pretty horrendous reading, Huma has 17 wholly owned companies and all of them are rated very high risk and the worst rated is Huma Indalo who are the company that are operating at Oasis.

Please don't fall into his clutches and hand over more money until he provides all that I suggested in my original post.

When Carmen says the water´'will be mains supplied' why is it not already?.... why does one of the recent pictures show a worker getting water from a blue barrel and not from a hose pipe or stand pipe.

When Carmen says all water will be treated and used for irrigation... ask why should that happen here and it has not happened at MCC, ask her also who will be responsible for operating and maintaining that sewage treatment plant, ask her also for the name of the water supplier and then go and speak with them and ask them for a water contract... they will not give you one until you have a habitacion certificate and you will be very lucky to ever get one...I don't have one and very few do here at MCC and Huma don't care ...... all of that after 7 years !!!

Perhaps he will realise one day that he cannot continue his lies and cheating of genuine and honest people from Northern Europe and indeed his own nationality..... some of his biggest enemies and critics are the Spanish that have bought properties on MCC, until then he will continue to take your cash and fail to deliver the promise and the dream.

Be smart and leave him to rot.in his own mire not your money.

Remember aside from the company indebtedness of over €100 million he has more than €750,000 of debt to individuals that he has been ordered to pay and has not nor will he, kiss goodbye to any more cash you decide to give him before he has delivered his promises and obligations.

I hope you have better luck with the promises of Huma and his agents than MCC has had for 7 years.

We still do not have a completed water infrastructure because Huma has no money to do it......

We have a sewage treatment plant but the cleaned water cannot be used because Huma has still not obtained a licence to do so.....

Who do you think pays the running of the sewage plant, the residents of course because Huma has no money.....

Do you really think he will complete Oasis..... not a prayer so save your money and look elswhere.... he is after one thing only, further payments based on false promises, lies and your desire to salvage something from the ashes.

Sadly it will not happen for you.

Hi all

I can confirm that there is activity at Tabernas... a week ago last Friday I drove down there from Mazarron Country Club to see for myself.

I haven't purchased on there but have a vested interest in ensuring that IF the cheats that are Huma have money, they spend it first where they started here at MCC and have failed to complete the development.

Not looking for sympathy as we can and will do our own battles but as a wealth warning to anyone down at Tabernax or ACC if that ever gets off the ground again..DO NOT GIVE HUMA ANY MORE MONEY UNTIL:

1. You have an Escitura and the title is checked very thoroughly by a very independant Abogado, Huma have sold houses and taken the money here that have ultimately been proven to be mortgaged to the hilt.... court does not have any affect on this company they just ignore the rulings.

2. You have a Habitacion Certificate... DO NOT ACCEPT a promise of it will be ready in xxx months.... owners here have been waiting more than 5 years in some cases and without that document getting Mains electric and Mains water is extremely difficult if not impossible.

3. You have mains electricity... Huma has more than one year ago stopped supplying diesel generated electricity and the owners here have had to adopt the system with electricity costs 40% higher than normal mains electricity plus generator hire costs.

4. You have a normal water contract with the local supplier (Tabernas Ayuntamiento can advise the supplier) DO NOT ACCPET A CONTRACT FROM HUMA OR A COMPANY CALLED ANTALSUR ( a Huma owned company) Huma want to control the services and obviously make money from the same, at MCC we still do not have a regularised water supply 7 years after the first residents moved in.

5. The roads on you particular manzana are completed.... we still have roads that are in some cases dangerous and Huma says he has no money to spend.

Whatever you have already invested and feel aggrieved about will be aggravated many times over with every extra  £ or € that you plough into the project.... he is a crook who has no shame, apart from not finishing MCC he now owes the community almost €200,000 of community fees despite having his luxury sales office located  here.... there is such a saying as good money after bad, easy for me to say I know but nonetheless true.

If you desperately need a home in Spain, cut your losses and look for one of the many properties held on the books of the banks that are desperate to sell almost at any cost... don't line the pockets of this crook, Spain is a lovely place to live but having Huma on your shoulders will destroy the pleasure.

For your info I didn't take pictures whilst there.. they would not have been of interest as they look like sheds, they are prefab concrete buildings, there were 3 cars and what appeared no more than 5 workers on site including Carmen who gave us a very lovely brochure of how Tabernas Oasis will never look...no prices.

By the way it is rather difficult to find because the sign at the start of the dirt track that leads there has only very very small text relating to Tabernax Oaisis..... I wonder why.

There are no roads completed...if you check out other urbanisations roads , paths, street lights drains etc etc go in first, not here at Tabernas... I wonder why.

There are very few building materials at Tabernas and I have since been told that the very large brickworks , turn left out of the field on the main road, is an investor... drive past his factory and you will see millions of brcks in stock but hardly any at Tabernas....I wonder why.

I am happy to converse with any of you unfortunate people that have been conned by this crooked developer but the mazarron Country Club is determined to stop him

1.Spending our money elswhere.

2.Cheating other expats from all over Northern Europe.

I hope you take heed for your own sake, many ACC customers have come to MCC and Huma has lots of properties still unsold, he can't offer you one because they are the property of the banks that he is indebted to.

2 weeks ago I paid for a financial report on the company, he last entered accounts in 2007, here is a summary.

Shareholders funds........................................ €4.3 million

Fixed assets......................................................€12.3 million

Debts..................................................................€108 million

Oustanding court cases still unpaid............€758,000

Don't be conned, you will never receive your dream from Huma but you will pay for it.
