Hi,

Not sure if anyone can help, I've currently seperated and proceeding with divorce. My ex Husband wishes to keep the property on Terrazas therefore i wish to be removed from this.

Does anyone know if this is a long and expensive process?

Thanks for your assistance Graham and Steve.

It turns out that our electric had been cut off, the outstanding bill wasn't horrendous and they only charge a 25euro connection fee and they have already connected us again. Very good service i thought.

Hi Jenna,

 

We had to personally go and get our NIE numbers. A rep from Polairs World took us to Murcia and did the paperwork on our behalf and we just had to go in show our ID and we had our numbers given to us there and then.

Maybe speak to customer service at Polaris regarding this.

I've had my apartment on Terrazas for quite a while now but i have yet to pay any electric bills. I thought this was set up by Polaris when siging contracts like the water. Can anyone advised me of what i have to do? I'm quite worried i will now have to pay a very big bill!
