Following recommendations on this page, I sought assistance from Maria del Carmen Romero - Costaluz Lawyers to help me to pursue a floor clause/clausula suelo claim with our bank.  The bank had not been very helpful to me directly so I needed to pursue further.  Maria and her team took on the case and pursued it all the way to a Court hearing, which I am pleased to confirm was successful.  I just wanted to publically offer my (and my husband's) sincere thanks and also to recommend this company.  The team are professional, courteous and very helpful with responding to queries.  I have already recommended their services to a member of another forum and I will continue to do so.
