Majestic have sold their debt to this new developer.....that's the way I read it. Please anyone correct me if I'm wrong. This new developer will now deliver the product.

You all need to be reassured that their are no extra monies to be paid over and above what you first thought was going to be the final price also that the building spec. remains the same with the same level of finishes.

If Majestic were a half decent and professional organisation all investors would by now be fully aware of all the facts.

Its about time that Majestic came clean especially to those who they sold to as an investment. They simply need to explain their current situation and what the future holds instead of using junior members of staff to contribute to this forum. An official statement from director level would be most welcome as well as being professional and courteous.....some hope!

I giesss what you are hoping to achieve through the court is some sort of transparency.
