I am considering buying in Manilva Heights and am looking for some contact information if possible. 

I would like to know if there have been any recent sales, and what they went for. I would be grateful if anyone has any contact details for estate agents, or any private sales if applicable.
I would like contact details for the management company if anyone has these, and confirmation of what the service charges are.
I would also like to find out owner occupancy/rental occupancy %
I would also like to know what are the actual rents being received and no.of weeks in the yr properties are let, for example is 12 weeks in the year realistic? Does anyone have any letting agent contacts?
Any information would be very helpful.
