I have been in correspondence with Huma for many months now. I have had part money back in March this year which was covered by a bank guarantee but they still owe me some 29,000 euros which has no bank guarantee. I have spoken to a soliciter who has told me that Huma have no funds in there bank to pay anyone back and the banks will not extend there credit until the development restarts. I origionally bought in May 2004 and dont know where to go from here. I have not officially had legal representation or served any documents on Huma to date, what do you suggest. Can I sue them for the whole amount + 6% per year or only for the outstanding money.
