Yourself as described,a construction proffesional,would also know. that to sit the 2 day course ,safe handling of refrigerants is open to anyone,as there is no prerequisite  needed to sit, You just pay your money and get your ticket.

What i really meant was how many hold the f-Gas certifacation for installations in English,let alone in spanish as would be required

under EU law.

Many of these companies dont have the fluency of Spanish to take the Accreditationsin spain ,albeight only one i Know of

 i BROUGHT A SPANISH VECHILE TO THE UK.

TOOK IT TO A MAJOR TESTING STATION HERE WHERE IT WAS TESTED TO UK CONFORMITY 190.00 POUNDS  sva TEST

SO I IMAGINE THE FRENCH SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THE SAME

If you were trading,or in business in spain,you could have forgotten to declare something.

All purchases made in Spain for trade are recorded against your NIE.

I worked in Spain for ten years,and had two or three  smaller embargos amounting to your deduction taken from my bank

over the first 3 years of trading.

Accountant told me they have found something that i had not declared,and best not to pursue it.

Made sure i kept better books,and the problem eventually went away

Hi

We have been through the dacion de pago system.

We were returnuing to the uk after 10 years there,knowing that we were unable to continue with life here and a mortgage there,

We e/mailed our local branch and ccd the head office of our intentions.

It wasnt untill the third monthly payment had not been payed did they respond to our request.

we then recieved the paperwork from thier london legal branch,to take to a Public notary here and get processed

we miss spain,but have started here again,without the worry of being pursued for outstanding debt.

It appears that the banks will take no action untill three payments have been missed,and your account had to been up to date

before you defaulted
