hi there, it seens there quite some problems out there with the complex, di closing on my property by October last year, I live in Venezuela and last time at vista hermosa was on eastern vacation. the plase, looks pretty emptied I guest a combination of no sold units and few people moved at the time. the fact is the place looks with very poor maintenance. I belong to phases 3.  was the owners association created already? where could we have information on the number of people move in by this time? finally, by being so far , I woould like to be intouch by this means with some of the comunity neighbors and be posted on whats going on there. thnaks for any feed back.
