Hi all we are the owners of 6 JV!! at last
Does anyone else plan to rent the properties out and if so who are you using??
Is there a community being setup as yet if not then i would like to start one as soon as possible.
Lastly does anyone know any good places to buy tv's etc we have used imperial for all the major things but are going to try to sort out the smaller things ourselves.
On a good note we were out there 2 weeks ago and all looked well we did our snagging list but have not had a response from isabell yet (no surprise).
We are back out there on 24 april for 2 more weeks so if anyone is going out to and would like to meet i would me more than happy to see you and hopefully help each other out!
By the way im an electrician of more than 20 years experiance with my own little business and am planning to fit spot lights etc to our property as lighting makes a home i think. If anyone wants work done then i may be able to help.
I am also looking to lay tiles front and back of the property as i think victoria and there neighbours are doing now does anyone know a good builder?
