Received notification from Steve at Pinnacle that we had a bathroom leak possibly for past 2-4-6 weeks. No.61 Quad.

Damage to bathroom fittings and door frames.

Trying to contact Begona at Quara ,so far un successfully.

No furniture in house only white goods so should be OK and presume it will be under Builder's Guarantee as 12 months not yet elapsed

We were on site mid April to perform snagging.Completion date was 26th. April,still waiting.

Solicitors,Fuster Associates,have POA and Quara say waiting for 10 Year Guarantee to finalise Deeds.

Never give any firm completion date.

We have bought an Esther on Phase 5. Visited site 3 weeks ago,stunning.

Original completion Jan.2009,now mid 2010. That loks optimistic!!

Esther showhouse just started,completion June.Should start prices moving against all other trends in Spain presently.
