I bought the scooter in May 2009 from an excellent Spanish Bike Dealer in Mazarron. I'm selling it as I have now progressed to a car. The bike (because that's what it officially is, doesn't need tax/insurance etc.) is great for getting around Condado. I've only used it around Condado but the book says it will go 40-60k on a full charge so you could use it on the local service roads. The scooter was nearly new when I bought it and I had a big lockable box fitted on the back (there's also some under-seat storage). I paid 680 euros for it with the box fitted. It would best suit someone on the ground floor so that charging is easy. I've found it inexpensive to charge. It's a fun vehicle that would be great for any Condado resident wanting to pop to Al Khasar, especially from the far gardens! If you want to see it/try it I'm at Condado at the moment. Price negotiable with helmet thrown in and if someone from an upper apartment wants I'll include my long extension lead so you can charge from roof socket. Send me a message if you are interested. I'm in Garden 11. Upper apartment with geranium boxes if you're at Condado at present.
