  I have recently recieved  a few  emails to my personal account regarding closures of the pool , i originally thought this may  be due to  new locks   on gates being fitted  so as to keep outsiders  from using and wrecking the pool  but  has  become apparent that this is not the case and that the pool will be closed for 7 months of the year  which is ridiculus i  know funds are low in the community  but being  one of those  that are  paying as i know many of you are   i believe   i should be  able to use the pool when ever  i wish     i  intend to be   goin  out on  a reg basis if not me then my family   otherwise whats the point having  a villa  we  might as well  just  booked holidays in the canaries  ha. I think we really need  to get  this sorted out   we have  a  only  a number of small  problems    to make it  a lovely place to stay  and chill, i do believe  we  should still put the artifical  grass down though

 congrats we  completed at easter  although looked at it last  nov  which  was  nice and warm  

there is a fetteria (hardware) bakers  etc, 

must admit  havent drink in any bars or restaurants  locally but it is quiet   my wife was there at height of season as said it was very busy

we tend to go into port  there is lidls and supermarkets there also the chinese  restaurant wok which we find great value

hope we  may all see ea  other  sometime

i think  we on same  wave length

I think  that s   agreat idea  although  i would be  alittle worried   about  the ground  next to  villas  i think  its  council   so that would have to be sorted out  i think the barrier  could  be  a litlle  higher    as  with the pools, maybe a good idea  for  the presedenta of ea phase come together    and email ea owner to find out the opinion  then have  a meeting   to decide,    does anyone  know about getting prices for this    i agree that gate and not electronic lift up barriers as they can be  driven through  i hope we all sort htis  problem out i believe it in everyones interest  whether or not full resident     renting   ' letting  or personal use as  it would stop there being any interest    in all of the above , also developers interest as well if they  wants sales  as people  wont buy in to a place with problems look forward your replies
