The first Annual General Meeting of the Casares Del Sol Community in conjunction with AMMEX (our Community Administrators) was held recently. Decisions were made that will benefit everyone who belongs to the Casares Del Sol Community.

For considerable time now

So we decided to get serious

All our new Officials

Obviously certain matters and issues will take time to resolve, for example the gardens. We all agree that they are not exactly the tropical gardens we envisaged off plan, however I can tell you that meetings have already taken place to start sorting the gardens, meetings have taken place to implement necessary repairs to buildings etc. We are making sure the pools are properly equipped plus dealing with a host of other matters including budgets.

We want to stabilise community fees by spending our hard-earned euros in the best and most advantageous way. We are actually on the move already !

The easiest way is by e-mail because we might not be at Casares when you are there.

Talk to us via the web site, all your views matter, we need to hear them.

All of us will also be pleased to talk to personally if we are on the complex at the same time as you. We agree that personal contact should be made wherever possible.

about any matter but in the first instance please try to contact the appropriate person according to your Block. where you can raise issues and as the hits increase you’ll be able to find tons of information and swap opinions. to improving our Community and as we receive your suggestions, your help and support, everyone will benefit. We cannot stress enough that everyone is invited to have a say and because we have our very own Officials, matters should be dealt with more efficiently. Please remember that Casares wasn’t built in a day and some things will take time but at least you will know someone is on the case! are Casares Del Sol owners so rest assured that your grievances will dealt with one way or another and as speedily as possible. Oh! We all speak English too! by appointing a new President and 4 Vice Presidents plus board Members to represent you so you can have your say and be heard. Even more importantly, in due course you’ll actually be able to see long awaited improvements happening at Casares. owners have raised many questions about the Casares Del Sol complex and they have not had satisfactory answers. Many of you have genuine grievances about the gardens, about the standards of building work amongst other things, or you simply want information but you don’t know where to get it or who to contact. The last thing you need when you are in need of help is being told to contact some person who can’t even speak a word of English....yikes ! (Unless of course you speak Spanish…. do you?)
