Hi 

My case has been delayed by the court; I am currently awaiting a judge's signature on the final settlement amount. My legal team has recently asked to elevate a complaint process, which will reportedly force the court to proceed more quickly. I'll check to see if the bank waits, but the deposit refund was processed without any issues.
