Hi all,
Just back from Formentera having been there for 2 weeks have visited the new bar just up the road from Brisas which is Spainish and what a good job are they doinging. The food and service is excellent with just a small menu they have got it bang on, on Saturday our last day we asked what time they served food around teatime he said he would cook us something whatever time it was he didn't have to do this be he was adamant well I'm back out in 8 days and i already know where i will be eating lets support the Spainish.

Hi All
have just got back from a very wet, wind & cold Brisas well, we've had a problem with a leak in the bathroom since we have completed 4 weeks ago they have only just repaired it but this is Spain the problem has reappeared but worse than before what a nightmare and then to be told that this is a common problem by the sales office it does not give much faith in the builds. Just hoping this time they will do the job right so if anyone lives there sorry for the noise or if you have water dripping into yours they are coming to rip the floors out this week and hopefully will get it sorted, dont hold out much hope but will wait and see. Oh yes see I think the builders are having trouble with their eyesight as they had to take the tiles off in the bathroom they are now chipped and on upside down think they may have hadone to many in Manos.
oh well keep smiling

Help has anyone had any problems with the snaging. We have just completed on our apartment which is great but have had leaks in the en-suite bathroom first the water came down the walls from the taps the builder fixed that, we had a leak from the sink so we could not use that which they fixed, but all the time we have had a wet patch in the wardrobe which is just get bigger the plumber comes out ever day and shrugs his shoulders, today he says aqua leak and leaves yet again. Pal acios Mar keep saying let it dry but how do you do that if there is water leaking from somewhere. We have had an independent plumber in who say's that there is a problem how do we get this through to the builder we have been advised to do this amicably but how do we do this when they will not listen. We have been there for 2 weeks but had to leave on Sunday so we now have to rely on other people to try and sort this out a very big THANKS to these people that are helping us any advise greatfully recieved.
