No, I didn't receive any replies, by the agent, Solvia, was very helpful.
We decided not to proceed because the only three bedroom property had no outsider areas at all. The upper two bed apartments have great roof terraces, many with views towards the Sierra Nevadas.
One thing to watch out for is the service charges, which would increase if the heated indoor pool is put into service. Once the properties are all sold, the community of owners will be responsible for the decisions which affect the costs.
I sure these properties will be a great medium to long term investment.
